TPK Construction began over 40 years ago when Teddy—a Greek immigrant with a gift for carpentry—started helping neighbors in Ocean Township upgrade kitchens and baths. He built the company on hard work, honesty, and meticulous finishes. Today, TPK is a second-generation, family-owned remodeler based in Oakhurst, serving homeowners across Monmouth County. Teddy still lends his expertise while his son, Yianni, leads projects day to day with the same pride in craftsmanship and clear communication.
